Truth is somewhat inconvenient to you - in particular when the conclusions reached can save people from starvation and miserable living conditions.
There may be more protection on the way - Brazil is to get its first Nuclear submarine. This will be able to slip around the caribbean normally undetected hiding in the water temperature investion that are common here. The French, being intelligent, are helping out. This bodes well for future DR and Cuban submarine fleets.
