It is not just Dominican women; it is a human, actually a primitive animal mating instinct inscribed in animal DNA. Females wanting to select who will be the best provider who can protect them.
It happens everywhere. Develop and underdeveloped countries. Especially in arranged marriage were parents select who can provide the best. And can you blame them.
Which mother wouldn't want a successes full candidate for their daughter??

This is global phenomenon, it is not, and it is not just uneducated and desperate ones giving foreigners a second look, while aiming for a visa and easy money.
Lastly, some of those foreigners treat their wife very nice and respectfully and are most of the time monotonous reinforcing the family value and prosperity. Only foolish women do not appreciate such thing.
