Indeed....but "our ladies" don't love them back.......unless they are "working girls". Let me tell you, and I know most here know this: One thing Dominicans hate is to be labeled....... In the DR, being friends with Haitians gets you labeled. (Granted, not all Dominicans will label you). "Things" have gotten better but there was a time in the DR that befriending a Haitian was taboo. There aren't many Dominican women out there who would give a Haitian the time of day........one of the many reasons is that they don't want their neighbors, famiy and friends to label them.
