Just look at Canada and Russia.After Canada patrolling the artic for a long time and now Russia feels like it belongs(oil money) to them and since Canada has pretty much no army what can they do just keep quiet and hope USA gets in between. in a perfect world you won't need a Army at all but not on planet earth. You need one and a very strong army mean a very strong country. Create an army for killing,coup d'etat no, thanks. After the 40,000 cacao I dont think Haiti have had the chance to have a good army. |
