It Still s here.

Just as once I loved you;
Either since or still.
My mind is just as troubled
And feel much like the warning
Of what I felt would happen now today
Yet was afraid always that somehow
Our effort were bound to its eventuality

My trust no longer speak aloud
As such glass shattered old
Made shy my optimism
A kind of innocence stolen.
Your arms were my Eden, really.
What says yes, surely, you were my Eve.
Eternity, I swear, seemed sincerely promising

As misfortune were to interfere,
My heart have found to live
Among hardest of rocks
Just as part of rigid gravels
Used to all episodes of hurt.
Unfree, unmended and as mingled saddly in regards
Of you what has once been its only glory and delight.

I, now, still can not h8te nor love you...
Yet somewhat a mind swimming in great reminisce
Entirely tuned with ours alone, the memories.
Those that were in hope to be made today
Compared with those that never had their chances.
My sentiments are left standing effused
As this vortex never closed from your realm.

So it is just as obvious, Angel... Love still s here.

Like I previously told you, Afro, I can't write a poem even if my life depended on it, even if Joan Manuel Serrat is one of my favorite singers/poets. (Actually, he is a singer who happens to write poems for songs).

And it always will be.
For love still remains
Life's sweet mystery!!
Love works in ways
That are wondrous and strange
And there's nothing in life

Love can transform
The most commonplace
Into beauty and splendor
And sweetness and grace.
Love is unselfish,
Understanding and kind,
For it sees with its heart
And not with its mind!!
Love is the answer
That everyone seeks...
Love is the language,
That every heart speaks.

It is priceless and free,
Love, like pure magic,
