I am interested in purchasing some land in Santo domingo. The city is so huge and I can not make a decision where to buy but I I have been leaning towards Arroyo Hondo and Avenida Republica Colombia. Can any one tell me what type of comunity is Residencial Rosa America on Ave Republica de Colombia near to Alameda, also Residencial Larimar on the same avenue. Is it worth buying over there or in Altos de Arroyo Hondo III? I would appreciate your input.
