Hey Mr. Dom I'm curious how long/safe is the drive to Sosua from Santiago?

It is a lot safer for you to travel it during the day if you are a first timer and do not ever take the back route ever which is right after you pass Montellano to the left on the Calle Principal going to Puerto Plata because it is literally road kill waiting to happen if you are not familiar with it. It is only an aprox of 2 hour drive, but if you are familiar with the road it is 1 hour and 30 mns and the back route is only 1 full hour that a lot of people or tourist do not know of which is frequented more by motoconcho dirvers.
