But if you stop to Gatineau 4 hour... Gatineau is in the border of Ontario.

Crepes are great but quiches are fantastic and cheap to make. While I was living in Paris for a bit, I used to love the different quiches that were available, and they were filling and inexpensive.
Tell your friend to have them as well, he will be a pioneer, and who knows.........

I love crêpes, but it will be a while before I'm able to visit your friend's cafe. My next trip to the DR won't be until January (I like to get away from the cold weather). My favorite crêpes are the ones filled with strawberries and bananas

thanks Gen for the suggestion.... My friend is there this weekend to have an official inauguration... My finances didnt allow me to be present, although he did offer to pay for the trip (thats the kind of pal I am), but I couldnt accept it, not while the cafe hasnt proven to be profitable.

I'm not a quiche lover, bit do quiche lovers like crepes? I've forwarded my friend the suggestion.
