Location: United States, new albany,indiana Join date: September 2009 Member #: 3592 Posts: 12 | My first trip to the Dominican Republic This is my first trip to the DR I am a African American male I speak some spanish. I will be staying in boca chica and was wondering what to expect on my first trip there, I would also like to know about the night life and where are the best places to go shopping. I will be traveling alone so I also want to know where not to go also. |

The working girls are very friendly just keep an eye on your wallet and do not go to the hotel that she wants to go, go where you want to go. |

Since its your first time you should stay in a nice safe tourist town. Puerto Plata is good if you are on a budget, punta cana is good if you have some extra cash to spend. Rio San Juan is also ok |
