SANTO DOMINGO. - A photojournalist of the news site Clave Digital and the weekly Clave was arrested after being prevented from doing his job, as the bodyguards of the Dominican First Lady roughed him up.

Yesterday Tuesday Orlando Ramos was covering an event headed by first lady Margarita Cedeño, and when concluded, her bodyguards struggled with the photographer to try to prevent him from taking a photo of the Head of State’s wife with the banker Alejandro Grullón, at the door of the National Theater, among others.

The head of the bodyguards, who refused to identify himself, told Ramos that he was under arrest and ordered lieutenant Luis Durán to carry it out.

The incident deteriorated when Ramos fell down the steps after being pushed, which caused his glasses to break. He was taken to Police headquarters where he was told that charges will be filed.

To jl and with all due respect he or she sounds like the typical dominican without any educational foundation because you are already jumping to conclusions before waiting for the facts and truth to surface the public opinion.
SHAME ON YOUR IGNORANCE OF ANALYSIS...........
