SANTO DOMINGO.- Dominican President Leonel Fernandez will travel to Santiago this afternoon to inspect the damages caused by Subtropical Storm Olga, which are believed to include seven deaths and millions of pesos in infrastructure damage, newspaper Diario Libre said.

If i were you i would deploy the military w/o machine guns and their equipment instead of know it all and inspect damaged areas which you already know !
