BANI.- Peravia province Judicial District (south) prosecutors asked the San Cristobal Court of Appeals to revoke a lower court ruling that released on bail two of the suspects in the murders of seven Colombians in Ojo de Agua, Bani.

The prosecutors Luis Armando Pimentel, Constantino Ramon Beltre and Francis Gomez told the Appeal Court judges that Noe Sterling Villalon and the Colombian Domingo Marmolejos, implicated in the August 5 murders at Paya, should remain under custody just like the other suspects in the gangland murders.

Hate to say this but maybe we should let the Columbian (Cartel)....come to DR, and take care of these a..holes. They will do a much better job than the Court systems in DR. You know what I bet they are already in DR...just waiting for the moment.
