SANTO DOMINGO.- President Leonel Fernandez met yesterday in the National Palace with the deputies of the ruling PLD and allied parties, to know the vision on the initiative’s content for the reform of the Domnican Constitution, and to explain the Executive Branch’s Approach approach on the piece.

In the meeting, the chief executive told the legislators of his desire that Congress provide an opening for all national sectors to express themselves on the reform bill.

For more than three hours Fernandez listened to the deputies, and stressed that his Government’s priority is that all organizations and individuals have the opportunity to participate in the debates, because it’s a wide-reaching and inclusive legislation.

What's with the water bottles? So, they can stomach the draconian changes to the existing laws?
"If it ain't broke don't fix it".
When the whole world's economy is on the verge of a total collapse this puppet-clown is calling for changes to the constitution. What a travesty of law, what a sham!
Address the living conditions of the citizenry and stop chasing pipe dreams is my suggestion to the UASD trained philosopher ememritus. Bajate de esa nube, viejo.
Suelta el polvito blanco, y reconoces la realidad. Ni tus trenes fantasticos, o tus cambios drasticos son necesarios.
