They were then taken to the AMD offices and handed them over to Radhamés Gomez Pepín, editor of newspaper El Nacional.

The National Police said it’ll issue a statement early today.

this is a disgrace to this country. how come the police do that, people have the right to stand up for the right in a peacefull way like this one. I am oppose to the 58k salry raise that the doctors want but using this type force to terminate a strike it is not a good example for the country and its good people.

How about some appreciation for our police? Can't do anything about drugs, crime, bad drivers, or noise pollution, but give them a few defenseless doctors and they sure know how to beat the s,,, out of them.

People: You have to look at the other side here. These Doctors make chump change while the scum bag politicians make millions. They really do not make a lot of money, they are providing a valuable service.

Three Generals and four Colonels, ? I don't think that many were involved in planning the invasion of Iraq !
