What will be the consequence for "carrying" during December? Confiscate the weapon and license for the month of December? That would be the only deterrant.. I know a lot of people who will be breaking that law!

That Statistic by generoso has got to be the most stupidest I have read ever. Let's compare now the statistics of doctors saving lives verses guns saving lives, to make it only fair, generoso.

The only people now that will be carrying guns in December will be the bad people, they don't have licenses anyway and since there is hardly any police out in the streets after 7:00 p.m. Well, sounds like they are going to have a field day in December.
