Santo Domingo.– Albert R. Ramdin, the Organization of American States’ (OAS) Assistant Secretary General, has urged parliamentarians from the Dominican Republic and Haiti to establish structural mechanisms to foster friendly relations, and demonstrate the fundamentals of peaceful coexistence.

He suggested the two countries pursue concrete actions plans to strengthen the social and economic development of both countries, an endeavor the hemispheric organization stands ready to support.

“Haiti and the Dominican Republic, through their elected representatives, have a historic opportunity, through the facilitatory role of the PGA, to create meaningful dialogue mechanisms to achieve these objectives,” the Assistant Secretary General stressed.

He was speaking in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, at the opening of the 30th Annual Forum of Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA) Strengthening Democratic Institutions, Accountability, and the Rule of Law.

The two goverments Dominican and Haitian are irresponsible, the chief of the Dominican government is a flying president in all the orders, he dont attend the country issues and live in a fantassy irreal world like cinderella, in this time the country is full of illegal poor haitians alliens, working by little money , prostitution, drug traffiking, robbing and all the things poor desperate people do, living in chaos comunities and deppressing the life level of Dominican people, also pretending to obtain dominican citizen status by force and illegal ways, their women came to birth their children here to pretend to be Dominicans, and we the Dominicans cannot accept that , that is not racism , we have the rigth to preserv our country and sovereignity like all world freecountries.
In the other way rich Haitians also comes to live here, because Haiti is a big poor disorder, and the Haitian goverment dont do nothing for improve the future life of haitian people and send all their problems to

us the racists are the haitians and their constitution, that says only black people can have rights to be elected, and a lot of privileges only by race or skin color if that is not racims, please define me waht is it. We believe Dominicans have the right to determine which alliens may live here, like haitians do in their country and nobody can change that. Sorry we have not a responsible president , and he dont do nothing to change this problem that is going to be greater and be negotiated by the blood because the international comunity also are irresponsibly and pretend to unify water and oil. The international comunity destroy the haitian economy and their organized way of life with a criminal three years blocade pretending once more time imposse democracy into and affrican tribal society that have another social and mental structure, they have to rebuilt all they destroy and left that people have the life they like.

In Creole of course.....That's what Boyer wanted to do in the first place for Haitians to continue to Speak French & Creole and Dominicans to Speak Spanish and Creole and the both nations will speak Creole as one common language Rich or Poor-Mulattoes White or Black will all be able to communicate in Creole. But unfortunately it didn't work as planned so Haitians ended up Speaking French, Creole, Spanish while the Dominicans are now stuck with only Spanish.

Milo, I pity you . You always have a simplistic solution to complex problems.
And when they prove you wrong ,you thow a tentrum. You do not discuss anything like a grown up
"Send Fernandez and Preval back to Africa"
The names: Garcia Preval disturbs you, sounds Espanish, sounds Dominican.
Leonel sounds Frenchand Haitian.
While you are filling the shipping manifest ,why don't you send Barack Obama back to Africa too?
You will be able to get rid of the demons that are tormenting you and sleep better.
I can't wait to read your children and grand children posts.
I pray that they do not grow up to be like you: vain, angry.
Well ,they will grow up in the Obama after era anyway.

Leonel, first or given name does not denote origin...Garcia last name of Spanish origin does

Besides what moron thinks Leonel is a French name.....

Re :Creole it is not a real lanuage but a disparate giberrish combination of several languages spoken by a mainly ILLITERATE group of people .

French and Spanish ,languages with worldwide acceptance and great importance.

Haitians already tried to impose their culture on us once and we did not accept it ,given the proof of Haiti's consistent failures nobody wants to join Haiti ,not even most Haitians so why should we want to adopt the extreme failure on social, political, cultural and economic grounds that make Haiti only comparable to their brothers across the Atlantic in Zimbabwe and Uganda.

Leave DR alone and we will cease to care about Haiti ,as long as we can build something like the great wall on the border

We do not want to learn the language of illiterates when we can speak one of the greatest languages in the world
