Kelvin Rosa or Kelvin Maria Martinez
SANTO DOMINGO. - The Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) announced the arrest Thursday of a Dominican who faces 12 criminal counts in a court in New Jersey, where he’ll be sent in extradition in the next few hours.
The extraditable was identified as Kelvin Rosa or Kelvin Maria Martinez, arrested 12 kilometers from Santo Domingo on the Sanchez highway, in his vehicle, from a warrant issued November 11 by the Supreme Court.
Rosa and/or Martinez faces charges of attempted first degree murder, possession of a weapon, larceny, aggravated assault and burglary in New Jersey, from where he fled to Dominican Republic.

I just hope this man is extradited to the U.S and let the wheels of justice turn, and if any body thinks this is wrong......Just consider, this fugitive of Justice will have free Legal Counsel if he can't afford it, the right of a Speedy Trial, free Medical, Dental, Transportation to and from, Room and Board, 24 hours Security, 3 meals a day, Exercise room that could rival any in public in the DR all payed for by U.S Tax payers. WHAT MORE CAN ONE ASK FOR.

if he is a us citizen, which i doubt, because when they are they don't ever bother coming to the DR for anything, which if he is with a residence it'll be taken away and he'll be deported, which serves him right, after all when you decide to live in the usa it tells you in there the laws and what will happen if you disobey them.

Nope. but I did help with the process....NO REGRETS.
Regarding our Prison Baby, I forgot to mention with State Prison good behavior and his sentence will be cut in half, If on a Federal Drug charge 90 % of his sentence he'll be behind Bars then Deported stripped of Green card and banned for life.

Then used the 2nd Amendment to back it up.
