SANTO DOMINGO. – Justice minister Radhamés Jiménez said Tuesday he’ll disclose between January and February the names of the mastermind behind the August 4 killings of seven Colombians in Paya, Bani.
The official, speaking during the ribbon cutting of a Barrio Office of the Prosecutor in the capital’s University Zone, said the case is 60 percent concluded and that the investigation is in its final phase. “There’re around 18 people arrested for this case, and the Justice Ministry as well as Police investigators are widening the probe. The country will have the opportunity to know the results with the luxury of details.”
Different personalities have demanded that the authorities reveal the names of the masterminds, including cardinal Nicolas de Jesus Lopez Rodriguez’s recent call to indict those involved in the murders.

Why won't he tell me the Lotto winning numbers in three weeks?
"The masterminds of the bani kilings have up untill February to make payment.. I mean contributions to me, in order to keep their names from being exposed. Also for a price, I will name the person of your choice"
Liars..... They took enough time to find a scape goat.
