is telecom a private company? or government?
if it is government, then shouldn't they be putting these computers in libraries
This is NOT new the CEO has been doing these projects for years now. Consequently, I have a great deal of respect for him and his vision... as well as an ability to execute the vision.
This is a rare thing in the RD. I especially like it because it is youth focus and he is bring it to rural and under-served areas also.
With computer skills and familiarity along with ESL to add-on to a good basic education of reading, writing and math then these kids will be prepared to be more globally competitive despite the ongoing failures of the RD Gov!
