This is a good idea
is telecom a private company? or government?
if it is government, then shouldn't they be putting these computers in libraries

This company is separate from the RD Gov because notice how effective they are compared to the RD Gov. They are a good example to show how ineffective the RD Gov is because there are well run entities within the RD.

This is NOT new the CEO has been doing these projects for years now. Consequently, I have a great deal of respect for him and his vision... as well as an ability to execute the vision.

This is a rare thing in the RD. I especially like it because it is youth focus and he is bring it to rural and under-served areas also.

With computer skills and familiarity along with ESL to add-on to a good basic education of reading, writing and math then these kids will be prepared to be more globally competitive despite the ongoing failures of the RD Gov!

So, to summarize, I think the point was that the DR gov't is ineffective.
