Santo Domingo.- An group of vehicle importers insurance comanies and dealers of auto parts and lubricants launched the “Movement 4x4, All Terrain with Leonel,” to promote the current Dominican President's re-election bid.

The group’s leaders say Leonel Fernandez has demonstrated being "a good president in all terrains."

On Friday, a group of dune-buggies sped on the streets of a posh Santo Dominago neighborhood, which some onlookers identified with the new campaign organization.
