Santo Domingo.- The presidential candidate Guillermo Moreno on Sunday criticized the three major parties (PRSC, PRD PLD), because in his view Dominicans can’t expect nothing new nor good from those organizations and their candidates.

In a rally to proclaim him candidate of a coalition of liberal and leftist organizations headed by the MIUCA movement, the former National District Prosecutor said that the current electoral process is very special.

"We are witnessing the definitive disappearance of the Reformist Party (PRSC), which has received the mortal blow when choosing a candidate who has mounted his campaign on the manipulation of the people misery and poverty," he said in reference to Amable Aristy Castro, “whose manner of doing politics by hurling chickens, pigs and money to people even offends many traditional reformists who feel true shame from their candidate.

As to the PRD party candidate Miguel Vargas, Moreno said the country knows that his nomination was a fight of shame against money. "All we know is that Mr. Money won."

He said the population knows Aristy and Vargas manage riches they cannot justify. "From their passage through positions they have grown their estates as flour does with the leavening."

On Fernandez, Moreno said the President has embarked on a reelection bid with the unlimited use of taxpayers’ money.
