SANTO DOMINGO. – Narciso Isa Conde and Alfredo Pierre figure in a group of foreigners who took advantage of an international event in Ecuador to contact Colombia’s FARC guerrilla and particularly with the destroyed unit of the group’s number two, Raul Reyes, reports newspaper El Dia today.

In a intelligence report from Ecuador, the Dominicans Isa Conde and Pierre figure as part of the FARC’s international contacts and who together with others would take advantage of the Second Bolivarian Continental Congress held in Quito from February 24 to 27, to contact guerrilla leaders.

It was at the end of the event when the five Mexican students left towards the border with Colombia, and who were in the camp of Raul Reyes the morning of March 1 when the Colombian army attacked, killing 20 guerrillas.

There were also five Peruvians detained when they arrived in their country accused to having links to a detachment of that country’s Tupac Amaro guerrilla and two Basques with links to the group ETA, blamed for numerous attacks in Spain, El Dia says.

Isa Conde, who figures in a photo with the name "Aris Narciso Isa Conde," is identified as one of the members of the Bolivarian Continental Coordinator’s collective presidency; whereas Alfredo Pierre, of the Bolivarian Press Agency, would have weeks before interviewed Iván Márquez, a senior FARC leader.

The Coordinator has a presence in 11 countries, Dominican Republic among them.

Isa Conde admits links

The leftist political leader Narciso Isa Conde confirmed being part of the group which met in Ecuador, although he said the FARC didn’t send official delegates to the event.

All this rhetoric of HATE must stop if the world is to become stable.
Such language has no place in a civilized society andyou both know it so why not settle into a dialogue of peace towards all instead of contuing to spout repeated invectives we are all getting tired of?

TexasBill, whenever you see Belial he has a message of hatred that follows...
yet we still wonder what is he doing about leaving the USA territory to go to a communist/socialist country. I already made him the offer but he declines to take it.

NYCDR, you know where you can shove your offer and where you can go after you shove it.

And it's not a communist/socialist country.

The heroic fighters of FARC are winning, the dirty terrorist regime in Bogota of pro-imperialists is losing.

The final offensive is coming as soon as the SAMs arrive.

Colombia is close to liberation.

The FARC, with some 40,000 members, is active throughout Colombia in both urban and rural communities and this powerful revolutionary force is headquartered in the south of the country, where it largely governed a region about the size of Switzerland for over 40 years. Its primary mission is to overthrow the reactionary bourgeois, pro-imperialist, and death squad dictatorship in Bogota and establish a proletarian democratic state.

The FARC is governed by a seven-member secretariat, chaired by its 80-year old original founder, Manuel Marulanda.

Some 30 percent of the FARC is female and most are younger than 21.

CARACAS, Venezuela (CNN) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez called Friday for Europe to remove from its list of terrorist organizations two Colombian groups -- including FARC.

During his televised State of the Union speech, Hugo Chavez -- an outspoken enemy of the imperialist Bush dictatorship -- insisted Europe includes the two groups on its terror list only because of "pressure" from the US imperial regime, which also names them on its list of foreign "terrorist" organizations.

"I request from the governments of the continent that they will remove the FARC and the ELN," Chavez said.

Belial;
You are walkinga ery fine line between TREASON andsimply exercising your rights to FREEDOM OF SPEACH with your comments.
For your own good, I would suggest you calm down your rhetoric in both verbage and in your assertions the USA being a dictatorship headed by President Bush.
We all know you make these statements just to excite a response from others, but your success is very short lived in that we now pay no attention to those assertions since we know their origin and your reasons for posting them.
Like most would be torch bearers you have the habit of repeating the same garbage over and over and thereby only manage to insult our collective intelligence and by doing so render yourself an object of derision.
Hope the FBI catches up with you soon.
You're not really invisible to their capabilities, you know.

"You are walkinga ery fine line between TREASON andsimply exercising your rights to FREEDOM OF SPEACH with your comments," TB writes, equating facts with treason.

You, TB, have crossed the line and entered the province of treason by your defense of the Bush dictatorship over the USA.

"For your own good, I would suggest you calm down your rhetoric in both verbage and in your assertions the USA being a dictatorship headed by President Bush," TB warns ominously in a manner fully consistent with a dictatorship.

For country's good, good of the US people, and my own good, I shall not flee from defense of the US Constitution as dictator George W. Bush violates and ignores the supreme law of the land. Bush openly treats and says the " The US Constitution is nothing but a Goddamn piece of paper."

Some citizens believe kissing the "president"'s behind in patriotism, others believe the Constitution is above the president.

When G.W. Bush says publicly and acts openly as if the "The US constitution is nothing but a Goddamn piece of paper."
http://www.infowars.net/articles/december2005/121205neocons.htm

Bush is telling the US Congress and US people that the US is ... NOT ... the US people under the constitution, rather the United States ...IS ... the US people under the "president" if even the so-called "president" goes against the constitution as if the document were nothing but a Goddamn piece of paper.

Patriotic US citizens know that the demotion of the constitution to a Goddamn piece of paper is treason. But reactionary scum or rightwing trash or, in short, most of the GOPs disagree.

In the eyes of this anti-constitutional slime, only absolute, unconditional, and unqualified servility of the people before the will ... unrestrained by law ... of the so-called "president" expresses patriotism and love of country.

A "Goddamn piece of paper" is something you don't have to enforce or defend.

Ecuadorian Province Free of Illiteracy
http://www.plenglish.com/article.asp?ID={1E57D146-CCE2-41DC-A69F-57C7C1072628})&language=EN

Quito, Mar 19 (Prensa Latina) The Pastaza province became Wednesday the Ecuadorian provinces to be declared free of illiteracy thanks to the Cuban Cuban method of literacy training known as Yo sí puedo (“Yes I can”).

Five Cuban specialists adapted the program to local needs and trained pre-university students and teachers that worked deep inside the Amazon rain forest territory for two years.

The beneficiaries among the 1,673 residents sum 1,964 and half were women and 70.3 percent lives in far-reaching areas.

The Yo Si Puedo program has helped some 83,033 Ecuadorians to learn how to read and write since 2004.

Twenty-six villages in Costa, Sierra and the Amazonia provinces have been declared free of illiteracy so far.

{resumed}

Eight Ecuadorian municipalities now implement Stage Two of the Program that helps improve reading and writing skills.

The Cuban program is currently in use in 28 countries in Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America and the Pacific, and so far it taught some three million people to read and write.

0000

When IMF and World Bank pressure developing countries to close schools, hospitals, abolish pensions for the old and retired, the measures manufacture greater illiteracy, disease, and extreme want, although the bourgeois and pro-imperialist scum either deny or ignore these consequences, because the scum directly or indirectly benefit from the imperialist looting of the these dependent countries.

On May 2, 2003, only 44 days after the unprovoked and unjustified US "pre-emptive" aggression based on either lies against or ignorance about WMDs in Iraq and false allegations of Iraqi complicity in 9/11, George W. Bush, the US election thief and the man who says that the "US Constitution is nothing but a Goddamn piece of paper," announced "the end of major combat operations" in Iraq.

At this moment in 2008, the US imperialists are again announcing another "victory" over the patriotic resistance of the Iraqi people against foreign aggression and military occupation.

The top liars of the US regime haven't changed their spots.

Colombian reactionaries have borrowed a page from the US imperialists' book of aggression.

Colombian reactionaries have announced for the 100th time ... during the last 50 years ... another and their latest "victory" over FARC.

The new "victory" comes as the roadside bombs of the FARC fighters have wreaked havoc on the reactionaries.

Everyone, I would like to apologize, I got heated but one of my exes was from Bogota, and she almost got kidnapped just for being with me. So when people talk about the farc like heroes well, I have a strong urge to end their life so to speak. But I realize it is all talk and no game. Because if said person really believed in what garbage and propaganda he was spouting then by all means he would be hiding like his heroes in the jungle suffering like them while his bosses live up the good life with a roof over their head and three hot meals a day. So I just want to say sorry if I offended anyone else but belial, your a clown and I hope someone beats you retarded. There is a fine line you crossed and if you hate the "imperialist united states" so much why, oh why do you live here?

Well sorry everyone again, it is just I am proud to be here and proud of all my latin friend

FARC doesn't kidnap anybody.

FARC captures or arrests, quite a few, murderers and other collaborators of the genocidal regime in Botota that has exterminated over a million innocent Colombians, either directly through the bourgeois-controlled military/police or indirectly by bourgeois-controlled death squads, during the last 50 years, with the full support of the US imperialists.

The US imperialists, for example, have trained over 50,000 Colombians in the arts of torture and genocide at the School of the Americas, first in Panama, where you say your wife is from, and then at Ft. Benning, GA.

Naturally, the US imperialists and their loquacious running dogs deny at every opportunity that the notorious School of the Americas is a college that educates studenst in art and science of torture and mass murder.

The School turned out over 250,000 since opening in 1946,

During the campaign for the 2007 regional elections, 30 candidates lost their lives.

All of these murder victims were affiliated with opposition parties running against Alvaro Uribe's political allies.

Uribe in a phony show of righteous indignation offered million dollar rewards to those who give information about the murder of candidates who ... just happened ... to oppose Uribe's supporters.

Everybody in Colombia knows that if you give information about the political murders of Uribe's opponents, you will be promptly murdered by the Uribe regime.

Uribe insists that FARC is responsible for the 30 political murders of his opponents last year, because he claims "there are no paramilitary forces inside the country."

"Paramilitary forces" is one the polite terms for pro-government death squads. "Self-defense groups" is another polite term favored by Colombian reactionaries and their supporters worldwide.
