SANTO DOMINGO. – Foreign Relations minister Carlos Morales today said he’s unaware of the existence of mafia which traffics Haitian children to beg in Dominican territory, as organizations from both countries denounced.

He said he’s happy that the neighboring country has already surpassed its difficulties in the last few week. "We’ve been very keen to what happens there."

Morales also congratulated the Specialized Border Security Corps (CESFRONT) for its vigilance during Haiti’s protests of food shortages.

The official said he awaits the conformation of the new Haitian government and Dominican Republic’s elections to pass to restart the talks of the bilateral commission from both countries.

The Ouanaminthe Human Rights Network which groups Haitian humanitarian and human rights organizations expressed their concern over the alleged traffic of children across the border to Dominican Republic.

Yeah, and I'm the King of France, gimme a break. I'll wager that some of his political henchmen must be on cahoots with some of the nets, given that his people on the Gulf & Western consortium made themselves stinkingly rich exploiting haitian sugar cane workers.

Since he's never been a client like former NY Gov. M. Spitzer, I bet Foreign Relations Minister Carlos Morales is unaware of the existence of 50,000 Dominican women who practice prostitution abroad (ignoring those who "practice" at home) and a equal number of Dominican men and boys plying the same trade abroad.

Yes, Morales is unaware of even the pretty ones.

So, after much thought, Morales has decided he's unaware of the baby whores and baby slaves trafficked from Haiti. And who knows how many there are of them. For sure, Morales is becoming progressively aware of what he's unaware of.

In a bourgeois democracy or a pigsty, one has to expect these things, for perfection abides only in heaven. Leonel is right, in a bourgeois democracy, corruption can be fought but never beaten. Where there is liberty and justice for all, these little things are unavoidable. One must decide to be unaware of them.

I was unaware that the USA, the world's leading bourgeois democracy, was not in the top four countries with whores "practicing" abroad.

The top four are Thailand, Brazil, Philipines, and the Dominican Republic. The DR, in fourth place, has about 50,000 abroad. Holy Nazarene! I wonder how many Thailand has abroad.

US whores are in high demand throughout the world, especially in Russia and China. So, you can understand why I was stunned to hear that USA was not among the top four whore exporting countries.

But when you're unaware, you're unaware.

US whores exported abroad are popular at home too, because some of them send home good remittances.

Kidnapping children to beg in the street's? What is this a new racket for the haitian elites? what a stupid article. Nobody is kidnapping haitian children, these are probably haitian mothers giving birth to more children that they can't even afford. They cant even feed themselves and then decide to have 4 and even 5 children, what's going on in the mind of these people!!!!!
