SANTO DOMINGO. - The Central Electoral Board (JCE) will have an "armed contingency" to prevent any incidents on elections day, for which the Armed Forces have eight helicopters, in addition to the 42,000 electoral-military police.

The electoral court’s warning comes one day after the opposition PRD party announced the formation of a “military defense structure” composed of retired senior officers, to allegedly protect their votes in the polling places.

JCE Administrative Chamber president Robert Rosario said to solve any type of situation that arises, "we have the capacity to reach any place within 45 minutes, at any part of the national territory."

The electoral judge said the measure is one of the resolutions to guarantee order on the day of the process. "It’s in the hands of the members of the electoral boards,” to take measures against whatever disturbs the normal unfolding of the process."

As to the broadcast of results, Rosario said the "Voice of the JCE" network will air from the CERTV State Television station, reinforced by channels 13 and 27.

He said the JCE can instruct police to immediately close any place which sells spirits or has shows on Friday.

Is Hippolito back in power? Where is the PRD hiding him anyway? Why hasn't this wonderful example of what the PRD is capable of being used to promote the PRD? I wonder!!!!

"...and just imagine in Cuba it would be the firing squad for us ...for mentioning it," GC goes off into luny sphere again.

GC, you joined the talk show on Dec. 10, 2007, who sent you?

How much, if anything, are you getting?

You've been a clumsy defender of LF after your lamentable arrival, but surely the PLD wouldn't have anything to do with a nincompoop like you. Most likely, not even the PRD would find your stench bearable, either.

So, who are you working for, if you're working?

Let me see what we know about you.

GC, a demented reactionary, claiming residence in Canada, who babbles incessantly and incompetently in favor of a milder current of bourgeois reactionaries, the PLD, in Dominican politics and nurses an uncontrollably bestial and degenerate animus for the glorious Cuban Revolution.

What does all of this add up to?

A fool.

GC;

Don't give Belial the benefit of answering his systematic tiredes against everything human.
Don't you yet realize that he was fathered by a Satanic Snake and is forever condemned to spouting hate, denegration, defamatory remarks throughout his life? What other manner of personality would he be otherwise?

Just let him rattle on while drowning in his own hate for humanity. He is, at best, a typical Gestapo and KGB agent type character and personality combined.

GC, you should listen to TB.

TB, I'm for everything human and against only some things bourgeois, which are inhuman.

TB, you say "Just let him rattle on while drowning in his own hate for humanity;" it is tragic that your idea of "humanity" includes only members of the bourgeoisie. Thus, in your bizarre head, criticism of the bourgeoisie lamentably amounts to criticism of "humanity."

TB, you say I'm "fathered by a Satanic Snake;" but, TB, ideologically I'm a son of Marx, the most splendid fellow who ever sat foot on the earth.

TB, you're full of it.

oooo

GC, you sound like you've read Goethe.

I'm sure it's an accident.

"It's decent in the first of gentlemen to speak so friendly, even to the devil."

Goethe, Faust, Part l, Prologue in Heaven, the last sentence.
