SANTO DOMINGO.- Today’s first partial voting results could be known between 9 and 10 p.m. said the Central Electoral Board (JCE) Administrative Chamber president yesterday, and assured the political parties and the population that the process will culminate successfully.
Robert Rosario spoke with reporters in the new press room the election court inaugurated yesterday to inform of a test to transmit the electoral results using scanners carried out with political party delegates present, and to be used tonight from the voting centers and municipal boards.
"At nine tonight we expect to issue a bulletin. It can be one or more, it will depend, because the calculation that we have is that in the scrutiny tables it will not take more than 45 minutes and in the electoral boards the validation process by the political parties’ delegates we estimate it in 10 minutes," Rosario said, adding that the JCE guarantees the process will culminate peacefully and orderly. “We don’t want the citizenship to have anything to regret as a result of the political passion.”

Im just reporting, what im observing, in my area. what's wrong with that?
