Santo Domingo.- A Dominican archaeologist sponsors an expedition in Egypt that experts think is about to locate the Egyptian queen Cleopatra’s tomb who sedated Julius Caesar and Marc Anthony.

Kathleen Martinez, defined by a Catalonia newspaper as a rich explorer born in Santo Domingo, began her quest in 2004 when she traveled to Egypt to implement her ambitious project.

"Under her orders and paid from her own pocket, a team of 30 people removed from soil from the temple Tabusiris Magna, near Alexandria, in search of what would be the greatest archaeological discovery since Tutankhamen’s tomb," explains the website Egyptology Friends (EA).

The press agency AFP said Martinez is part of a Dominican-Egyptian expedition allegedly found "Cleopatra’s alabaster head.”

I think they meant to say that Cleopatra "seduced" Julius Caesar and Marc Anthony not "sedated", anyway, it's a great achievement for Dominican Republic to have such a dedicated archaeologist, from what I've seen, she's a very pretty young woman, I wonder where her money comes from, I mean, from which rich family she comes from, because if she's sponsoring these archaeological expeditions she must have a lot of money, not just a couple of millions.

Cleopatra here I come
Ceaser's dead, but don't be glum
I love you, think of you
Night time and day
I'll woo you, sing to you
Hear me Cleo when I say
That I'd gladly walk a mile
Just for your Egyptian smile
Open up that river Nile
Cleopatra here I come!
(should be sung to the tune of "California, Here I Come!")

Cuban leader Fidel Castro sent a message today to Hospital No. 1 in Chengdu, in Sichuan province, to tell staff there that they could count on the island’s medical brigade for as long as necessary.

Fidel also assured the hospital authorities that Cuba has well-trained medical personnel, who are desirous of supporting their brothers and sisters in China in the Chengdu region if the Chinese government finds that useful.

Dr. Rodriguez leads the group of 35 doctors and paramedics that arrived on May 23 in China.

[The enitre Chinese media, domestically and internationally, devoted huge coverage to the work of the Cuban brigade.]

The hospital where the Cuban internationalists are working is the largest in this province of 90 million inhabitants, and is considered to be among the 30 best in the country.

By way of contrast, the US actress Sharon Stone was in China and this imperial demon from Hollywood said the earthquake was God's punishment of China for Tibet.

And what in the world does your comment , Mr. Belial, have to do with the quest for Cleopatra's tomb, nonsense though that quest may be?
