A previous haul by Customs..
Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Customs Agency (DGA) and the Airport Security Corps (CESA) seized US$491,000 from two Dominicans and one American who tried to smuggle it out of the country to Panama, without declaring the cash.
Those Dominicans Tomas Enrique Valdez and Damaris Antonia Hernandez, and the American Ray Enrique Valdez were arrested when they tried to take the money that was adhered to their bodies.
Customs said the detainees were boarding Copa flight 447 to Panama at Las Americas Airport Internacional, and when agents made a physical inspection they were found to be "covered" with the unregistered cash of different denominations.

Most likely, the CIA and FBI got caught dealing illegal drugs to finance their filthy intelligence operations ,again, by DEA and its foreign associates.
Will the CIA and FBI cover themselves again by lying about "Venezuelan money" carried by "Venezuelan intelligence agents" intended to "buy influence for Venezuela."
Pro-imperialist scum falls for every time.
For 40 years, the CIA and FBI financed their death squads and genocide groups ... trained at the the US-army's "School of the Americas with," ...with the proceeds from drug dealings.
The CIA and FBI's support for the contras mercenaries in the 1980s in Nicaragua is their most notorious drug financed intelligence operation. The two intelligence services sold drugs under Ronald Reagan directly to US kids on the street, to finance their anti-Nicaragua operations.
This money was probably for the rightwing Colombian death squads.
Of course, reactionary trash ... like GC, calls it a "conspiracy theory.

Fresh water fishing, sounds good to me. Now about the money, well its obvious the perks have no criminal intelligence. If they did ,they wouldn't be boarding a plane with so much cash. I bet the real owners are pretty pissed off right about now. Well one for the home team..

Customs would be partying... expensive hookers booze and drugs the rest of the money would be wasted
From: United States
bernies, to government ministers in the DR, 4 million pesos is chump change. there are several guys here on government payroll who make more than George Bush. this dude had 4 million lying around, probably for a night of partying in Santo Domingo. hell, have you seen the price of Mouton Cadet these days?
From: United States Virgin Islands, St Thomas C' Amalie hotel 1829 at the Bar
dread that was a horrible misstep....Mouton Cadet at one time was young vines of Mouton Rothschild that was a long time ago more than 25 years ago...it has been considered mass market weasel pee for the last 20 since sales became astronomical ....most of it sold for under 10 bucks a bottle stateside.....Next time use Petrus it usually starts around a thousand bucks.....I used to be a wine importer and spent years explaining that plonk {Mouton Cadet}.....but we got your drift
From: United States
i stand corrected, Goulet. at least you did get my drift. weasel pee? i have never heard it put quite like that before..
