Santo Domingo.- The new Armed Forces minister Rafael Peña yesterday said any member of the military involved in drug trafficking or any other type of crime should request their discharge now because "they’ll be worse off when we trap them."
Peña said he won’t allow any member of the military to violate the internal discipline and the country's laws, regardless of rank or hierarchy and their conduct will be permanently monitored.
The official, who spoke in the command handover ceremony for the new Army Chief of Staff, Joaquin Perez, cited border security, collaboration in the war agaisnt drug trafficking, and discipline.

That's a new variation on the 1993 US Armed Forces policy: 'Don't ask don't tell", for the Caribbean nation.
If they can scare a few into admitting their involvement then they have potential witnesses and can work their way up, because surely these guys will drop a dime to save their own skin.
This is a good plan let see if it actually works.
Do they drive an expensive car? Or three of them?
