The foreigners and one Dominican killed in Bani.
BANÍ, Dominican Republic. – A captain and a sergeant major allegedly involved in the gangland style murders of seven men in the village Ojo de Agua are under arrest in the Police’s Southern Command for their alleged involvement in the crime, whereas a first lieutenant, the driver of Police general Hilario González, is also under arrest in the case.
A police source quoted by newspaper Nuevo Diario said the group of narcotics traffickers, which operates in the southern cities Azua, Baní and San Cristóbal and go by the name “Los Chirinitos,” allegedly has the support of Navy and Police officers.
They said the foreign narcotics traffickers have managed to bring thousands of kilos of cocaine into country, along the coasts of Azua and Baní. It said they’ve also turned over the drugs to Dominicans, which has sparked a war between the members of “Los Chirinitos,” resulting in the seven executions in Ojo de Agua.
The Police said it found drug-making equipment, reflectors to signal small planes which landed in the zone, radio communicators and several high-power satellite dishes in the deceased’s house, which they used to communicate with the heads of the cartel in Colombia and other countries.
It said investigators believe the killers of the seven men stole an undetermined amount of money and valuables from the house.

Don't look for these drugs near, in nor around Bani because most of them have already be distibuted and are being converted to cash. Earilier, I saw RD officials in my barrio of Los Platanitos (Ensanche Caonabo) collecting payoffs from the Pichardo brother gang. Apparently, the even US officials in the embassy are being bought to nullify pressures from the US toward the RD in the war on drugs....
So, if you want to buy some drogas then just come by because this is they only commodity where the increase supply are driving down prices (i.e. de-flation). Maybe the addicits can buy some food for their families or send their kids to school with all the money they save.

The drug deal for the ton of coke was between the military-police officers of the President Alvaro Uribe regime [Uribe is world's biggest drug lord], military-police officers of the LF regime, and military-police officers of the Bush regime.
The Colombian military-police officers work directly under the auspices of Pres. Uribe and blame everything they do on FARC. The Dominican and US military-police officers MAY be working independently of any complicity by LF and Bush.

Dominican peons were due to get scraps and bones, but peons decided to take the whole chicken, outraging the their uniformed superiors in Santo Domingo.

One reason the Dominican peons ratted promptly on big shot Dominican military and police officers is that the investigating authorities pointed out to the peons a striking precedent that applied to the peons' case and happened four months ago.
Four peon Guatemalan police officers stopped three Salvadoran legislators, protected by legislative immunity, on their way to a meeting of the Central American parliament in Guatemala City with about a third of ton of coke in the trunk of their car.
The four peons cops whacked the three Salvadorans and stole the dope.
The big shot Guatemalan military-police officers in Guatemala City were furious.
The four peon cops were tortured in their own police station and murdered after they revealed the whereabouts of the dope they stole from the Salvadoran legislators.
After this reminder, the Dominican peons ratted, ratted, and still ratting.
LF now knows the scope of the dope trade in the DR, involving USAs, DRs, and Colombians.

LF may not realize he is in jeopardy.
The drug bosses in the Dominican military and police and their USA accomplices in the DEA may try to remove LF, similar to the Venezuelan precedent in April 2002 when CIA-DEA, Venezuelan military and police, and Colombians, all with with drug ties to the cartels removed Hugo from power for 48 hours.
Hugo later kicked the DEA out of Venezuela because the DEA continued to plot against Hugo.
