Santo Domingo.- The company Barrick Gold, which operates in the country under the name Pueblo Viejo Dominicana Corporation, signed an agreement with the ADEMI Foundation to cooperate with sustainable development projects in the communities of Sanchez Ramirez and Monseñor Nouel provinces (central) and the country’s southern region.

Ademi president Manuel Arseio Ureña and Pueblo Viejo director Faby Manzano said the agreement responds to their shared interests to encourage, support and accompany initiatives of social investments, which contribute to the development of skills and knowledge of organizations and rural communities in the Dominican Republic.
