NEW YORK.- Dominican agents an the U.S. Marshalls arrested the Dominican German Reyes, who figured in the Justice Department’s list of the 10 most wanted fugitives.

In a statement, the Marshalls said Reyes failed to appear in deral court on October, 2006 and fled the U.S. He is accused of rape, assault and incest in Massachussets.

The report said Reyes was arrested in Santo Domingo within the “Operation Falcon” the Marshalls have been conducting for several years and whose objective is the capture of fugitives considered “dangerous.”
