SANTO DOMINGO. – The chilling testimony against the five men implicated in the killings the night of 4 August in Paya, Bani, Peravia province, heard in that jurisdiction’s Instruction Court describes the final moments in the lives of the seven, victims of a cocaine rip off.

Demanding the drug, a truck, a briefcase and other instruments the underworld figures loaded a white SUV and kidnapped their victims prior to their execution, according to testimony by the Nicaraguan Orin Clinton Gomez Halford, the watchman Emilio Basilio Victoria (Américo) and Mercedes Carvajal, domestic in the residence.

Peravia Permanent Attention judge Rossina Daniel Perez ruled for the Justice Ministry’s request to hear the testimony against the suspects Jose Abel Damián Soto, Andres Berroa Mercedes (Frank and/or Capi) Noe Martin Sterling Villalón, son of senator Noe Sterling Vásquez, the ex Police major Frederick Medina Abud and Alvin Sanchez Suazo.

Gomez Halford, 38, a Nicaraguan sailor described the people who fired on the night of the multiple murder. "They were four or five (men), one white, they called him El Commando and the other young and dark from 28 to 30 or 32 years old."

In the interrogation "El Comando" is described as a handsome white man, with smooth hair and walked fast.

In five photos shown to Gomez, he identifies "El Comando" as Medina Abud. "It was he who opened the door of the SUV where I was, pushed to me, in front of the white SUV where the others were, began firing, we all fell dead to the ground and I heard when they said, I imagine that it was he, and said this one is not dead and then began to fire."

"In the interrogation "El Comando" is described as a handsome white man, with smooth hair and also a fast paced walk."

"In five photos shown to Gomez, he identifies "El Comando" as Medina Abud.”It was him who opened the door of the SUV where I was and pushed me out in front of the same white SUV where the others were, then they started firing. We all fell as dead to the ground and I heard when they said (I suspect that it was him who did) this one is not dead and then began to fire again."

The information posted in this article is missing information and gives misinformation. This is another way the media is monopolized in DR just as the politicians. Ur right "gouletcoronial" it does go WAY deeper then all that is being reported!

Lets also not forget that the nicaraguan man that claims Medina Abud was responsible - the only survivor was under police protection at the time...how ironic is that...the only one to live was under police protection...and also he did not select the picture on Medina from the ones presented to him until 5 HOURS later...smells like a police cover-up to me...like cover their own ass...besides all that the ppl. that killed these men were serious,no? they would have made SURE they were all dead! Unless they just needed that one witness, who so happened to be under police protection. Think about it!

Frederick worked for the military and president prior to all of this...knowing dirty secrets is all he's guilty of...this is their way of getting rid of him.

Don't forget people that while this scandal is going on... there have been many annointed to positions that do nothing for the people...This fact must not be ignored as in politics there has to be a "scandal" to take to attention off the real crime!!! I am certain that more juicy details will come out as more deputy ministers are being paid off with flashy new titles and big 14 month paychecks...I thought the year only has 12 months...no in DR it has 14!!!
