MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT: What I got to do?

PRESIDENT: What you mean?

MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT: What's my job?

PRESIDENT: What you mean?

MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT: What do you pay me for?

PRESIDENT: What you mean?

MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT: Never mind.

MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT: What you do?

PRESIDENT: What you mean?

Still the best piece of dialogue I have seen at DT. If only the author was someone we could respect.

Only in my country -- anywhere else -- this inept ***would be fired. Like I always say, it's exhausting being a caring Dominican. Man! I've truly come to believe that my life was more enjoyable when I was less informed about these sinberguenzadas. I guess it's true when they say that ignorance is bliss. I guess that's also why most Dominican politicians are always so blissfully happy. Esos ****.

What dishonor this man does to the heroic memory of his sisters. He should be stripped of the Mirabal last name.

Sinceramente,

Cristino Alberto Gómez

Cristino: What you're suggeting is that we treat these so called leaders with a certain degree of deference merely because of their position. With all due respect, I disagree wholeheartedly. Apeasement as you suggest is what's made our political culture one of the most corrupt and inept in the world. I rather people call it as it is even if a couple crude words due inject themselves into the discussion.
