Montecristi, Dominican Republic.- The commission which investigates the death of two of the kidnappers of Eduardo Baldera, 21, yesterday ordered the arrest of the entire Police patrol which killed them in an alleged shootout near the town Villa Vazquez.

The measure seeks to determine if the death of the alleged kidnappers Cecilio Diaz and William Batista was an execution.

Assistant DA Ramon Arístides Madera and Montecristi (northwest) prosecutor Jacqueline Zapata; Police general Vinicio Hernandez and colonel Máximo Báez questioned several residents who say they hander over Diaz and Batista alive to the patrol.

Madera said the arrests may include the precinct commander in the town Guayubín -a Police captain he didn’t identify- and the three agents whom Police chief Rafael Guzman personally promoted after Baldera’s alleged rescue.

It wasn't a gunfight in which these men were killed. It was suicide, with five 9mm slugs to the back of their skulls, what else could it be ! Todo es posible en el pais de las maravillas !

This is a complete cover up!!
One minute they are alive and surrendered ten they are dead, I'd love to see the coroner report.

Uhmm cause of death 77 slugs in their backs, def. natural causes

It was randomly raining shootgun slugs at the time.
