Santo Domingo.-  The suspected of murdering a French diplomat and reputed gang leader Amaral Ducloná, interviewed by the Haitian journalist M.Guerrier Henri, in the Supreme Court on Thursday, was caught wittingly in a trap during a hearing on the extradition request by France.

The reported greeted the Haitian by his name and he responded to it, although his defense lawyers claim before the justices that his client is being confused with another countryman.

In Linguistics ,beside grammar that is a set of of logical and structural rules that govern the composition of sentences, phrases, and words in a given language, rethoric is one of the arts using language as a mean to persuade.
Rethoric trains students to speak and/or write EFFECTIVELY.
Consider the phrase "That a mirror your looking into,rocket scientist "(that is not a sentence-there are no verbs) not only it shows your grammar deficit , but, even if you have said correcty ( a sentence)"that is a mirror you are looking into"
I would find it "RETHORICALLY" weak.
For your info a phrase in an incomplete sentence.
for example: josean, that dumb poster is a phrase
but, josean " is" a dumb poster, this is a sentence because there the verb "is"
