A lot of Dominicans dies by the same result when our government gave green light to the Army for anybody chopping down tree. It happened during Trujillo, it happen during Balaguer It is the main reason why most Dominican will think twice before taking a tree down without permission by the govertment. Both parties in this case should go to jail. The time they spend in jail however should be equitable to the crime that was committed. Summarily executing someone without due process in this most heinous manner is a barbaric act that should be condemned by everyone who believes in lawful democracy.
