Santo Domingo. – The family of the fugitive Sobeida Felix asked the Justice Ministry to declare her a missing person and not a fugitive because in their view , if she hiding she would’ve already notified them.
Her lawyers also asked the Office of the National District Prosecutor to open an investigation to determine her whereabouts.
A statement delivered to newspaper Listin Diario last night Felix’s lawyer Humberto Portes affirms that her nephew, Wellington, notes that “my aunt is missing, my relatives and I haven’t had any communication with her since that date” (October 30).
“Contrary to what the authorities, whom they call “prophets,” want us to believe, they had to foresee her disappearance and should’ve taken preventive measures from the vigilance and pursuit,” they said.
“Despite the imputations which the Office of the Prosecutor has formulated against her, they should’ve prioritized the health, life and well-being of Sobeida Felix Morel,” the statement says.
Meanwhile a National District Instruction Court judge yesterday declared complex the case against Felix, the also fugitive Puerto Rican Jose Figueroa Agosto and the incarcerated Eddy Brito, in connection with the US$4.6 million confiscated in September.

WE KNOW SHE'S MISSING....my bet is she's working her debt off with the other girls at La Manion en Cartajena.
Here are a few scoops: Jimmy Hoffa nowhere to be found; Marilyn does not answer phone; Elvis cancels tour.

Damn these people are stupid.
Students of the obvious.
Not anymore!
These people lack credibility and, while there is a minute chance she was abducted, perhaps this was a case of adjudication by a parallel and seemingly more effective system.
I would expect to see a great deal of upcoming drama of this type, perhaps in concerted attempt to build strong case for collection of any insurance money. Really, it's a Dominican sort of thing. Some of us feign integrity and, even when caught red-handed, immediately proceed to invoke our honor, integrity. Remember Deputy Romero in recent interview by Nuria? Look, a man who cheats on his wife would betray anybody and anything and clearly has no integrity.
MJEV.
wait she was dating a huge Drug Trafficker?" Oh my we never knew, lol
