SANTO DOMINGO.- The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) and the National District Prosecutor seized 28 million pesos Tuesday morning while searching the Solano exchange house in Villa Maria, owned by Carlos Julio Solano.
Newspaper Nacional said, quoting a source that the money seized is part of the case against Manuel Emilio Mesa (El Gringo), who the DNCD is the top drug dealer of the National District’s northern barrios.
DNCD agents placed the 28.2 million pesos in numerous bags and in the search 103,620 Euros and 164,581 dollars were also seized. Also British pounds, Netherlands florins, Swiss crowns and Haitian gourdes.
Solano, who’s yet to be incarcerated, didn’t speak with the journalists during searches conducted since the Sunday.
El Gringo was detained Saturday with four million pesos and had tried to bribe the agents with half a million.

If a judge gives the money back, have him arrested.
There is NO reason this person can have that amount of cash.
In yipetas, condos, villas, helicopters, speedboats etc etc.
