SANTO DOMINGO.- President Leonel Fernandez met for around one hour with United States Southern Command chief general Douglas Fraser in the National Palace yesterday.

After the meeting the American military leader said the meeting reveals Washington’s willingness to help the country in security matters and the war on drugs. “The United States and the Dominican Republic have a solid friendship and of many years. We are committed to work with this country to assist with the mutual security challenges and to obtain a safe and stable America for ours citizens."

Fraser, accompanied by U.S. Embassy Commercial attaché Christopher Lambert, affirmed that the ties between both nations extend beyond their shared commitments, and as such to obtain peace as a regional priority. “Our nations are intrinsically united by cultural, historical, geographic bows and economic."

The Southern Command chief added that his nation has been providing medical assistance to the Dominican Republic and revealed that just this year more than 60,000 people in the country’s towns have benefitted from that aid.

Southern Command

first you need to Stablish a base in Barahona,,,with strong radar, listening device and as quadron of F16 C 130 gunships and wait for Chavez Drug airlines coming from South America and the occational colombian submarine making a drop.

Second becareful with hiring DNCD agent, they should be investigate to the fullest, and all the general that think that owe the country that are dealing with the powder too
