Santo Domingo.- The National Lottery administrator today accused the betting parlors grouped in FENABANCA of mounting an offensive against him, aimed at in his view forcing him to resign, and thus avoid paying the more than 300 million peso debt he said some of those businesses owe the Lottery.
Jose Francisco Peña Guaba said the only disagreement between the Lottery and the owners of the parlors is the debt which some of those businesses refuse to pay, even though the Lottery’s Controller certified the debt and the Accountants Guild audited it when he assumed the post.
The official said the parlor owners were given 60 days to visibly place the players’ rights in their premises, as many of them sell numbers beyond their capacity to pay, which he said is deceitful, whereas others sell to minors.

So much "dinero" and so little time............
Eminem said "enough is never enough".
Why not put R. Segura in charge of the Lottery. He will steal just as much, but the food bills will be lower.
SO P*I*SED!
