If they are asking for the DNA test seems like they are pretty sure of their claims.
The father knows if there could be any truth to the claims and if there was sexual contact the right thing to do is admit it publicly even before the test are made, and be a man.

Sometimes women get pregnant from a guy they had temporary relations with and never tell the father anything, or are unable to contact them. It does look like him, so only a DNA test can prove this to be true.

Man in general, and dominicans in particular, need to be more responsible when it comes to the issue of fathered children.

DNA Testing at two distinct labs outside the DR, perhaps one in the USA and another in Europe somewhere (not Spain). In "el pais de las maravillas", the poor boy may just show up as R.L.
