This news has been breaking my heart since it first came out. These are the times when I regret not having enough money to hire lawyers and start firm litigation against abuses like this one. What is the status on construction? Are they still continuing, or are they honoring the moratorium? Congratulations and best wishes to the producers, talent, and crew of this well placed project.
