Santo Domingo.– The Dominican Republic made the list of countries in the region with better preparation as to drug prevention measures in schools, according to Ecuadorian experts Dr. Franklin Barriga Lopez and Franklin Barriga Bedoya.

The experts analyzed data from the National Strategic Plan 2008-2010 and presented their results during a meeting with employees of the Drugs Control Agency (DNCD).

The doctors praised the drug prevention plan aimed at preventing drug use amongst family, military personnel, public employees, public and private professionals and the religious community, is among the most effective tools for prevention.

By the way Quirino Paulino was good friends of Leonel Fernandez. And the First lady.
This is well known among Dominicans, what would the man in the biggest drug case in DR be doing being friends of the President and first lady. Whom????? I wounder!!!
