Damn if you do, and damn if you don't. Is criticism the only thing you guys have to say about everything whether commendable or not? Since most of you seem to have the right answer and solution to everything, why don't you instead put your brilliant minds to the task? Perhaps one of you could be the next Prez of the D.R. and there will be no more problems and everything will be fine and dandy.

I'll give story benefit of doubt and assume it is true.

With that understood, couldn't we stand to be a little less cynical on seemingly positive story?

We could demand more of it but, heck, it is a good start and maybe it will become an avalanche that will lead to reduction of crime and corruption.

Maybe it will happen.

I could see it now, then the wind changes direction with a down draft and all in Santo Domingo could take a big wiff for free.

Where are all the eco-greenes ? oh I know......In Santo Domingo getting there free share.

One has to find humor in this bon-fire considering only a fraction of the stuff actually gets destroyed.
