Santo Domingo. - The Revisory Assembly concluded the Constitutional Reform that submitted by the Executive Branch, in a session Wednesday night when the Commission on the Judicial Branch rendered its report, and all of the bill’s articles were debated.

However Assembly and Senate president Reinaldo Pared, upon concluding the session said the Verification and Style Commission’s revision process is still pending and announced that he‘ll convene the assembly members for the beginning of the second legislature.

The Assembly’s work began April 15 and lasted almost four months, after the Executive Branch consulted a commission of jurists to draft the 274 articles, 150 of which were already reviewed by the Verification Commission.

As Lie-onel Fernandez’s ideological father, Balaguer, said “The constitution is only a piece of paper” and we all know how dedicated Lie-onel is to Balaguerismo!
