SANTO DOMINGO.- The Dominican government on Friday extradited to the United States a man wanted by the South Florida Court on seven federal charges of credit card fraud and other crimes, said the Drugs Control Agency (DNCD).

Ruddy Espinal Perez was escorted out of the country aboard American Airlines flight 680 to Miami, from the Las Americas International Airport, after being held for three months

The decision stems from a Supreme Court Resolution on April 24 to accept the U.S. government’s extradition request, and issued the warrant to arrest Espinal, indicted along with two others, of making, using and dealing with at least 15 forged deveces to steal money from banks, affecting interstate commerce.

What a nice way to get a US Visa. Get extradicted to live even in a jail where they have 24/7 electricity and offer some names to stay in the country when he has served his time.

I don't think he will have to worry much about his safety in a U.S. federal prison. I hear they are like country clubs. He being a "white-collar" criminal, he might even learn a few new tricks being around others just like him.

I agree dominicanasunited this guy will serve his prison time in a nice cosy federal prison. A country club. Depending on the amount of money taken, he may even get probation. Low level "White collar" crimes do not carry that much of a sentence. He'll be going to college with other financial crimes criminals. He learn how to commit more sophisicated crimes while in jail.
And will get no Visa when he gets out, he'll get deported.

hellborn25...

I think you are too obsessed with the issue of him being opened in prison. I think it may be you acting out things you wish could happen to you. "out of prison".
