SANTO DOMINGO.- The Puerto Rican fugitive Jose D. Figueroa Agosto ordered the murder of his compadre and ex colonel Jose Amado González and the alleged pimp Vianesa Cesarina Capellan Perez (Vianca la Gorda).

Figueroa, defined as a sexual sociopath who managed to coexist with more than 30 high class women, whom he paid for their liposuctions with a famous plastic surgeon, was the key player in the country of an important Puerto Rican cartel. He also videotaped his sexual encounters to later show them to his friends, who were often his lovers’ husbands.

Whereas Ricardo Ivanovich Smester was one of the fugitive’s alleged lieutenant.

The authorities made the revelation the during a meeting with media directors held in the Meliá Hotel, where their report focused on Figueroa’s sexual escapades with they dubbed the “harem,” and included the fugitives Sobeida Féliz and Leavy Nin Batista, González’s widow Madelin Bernal, Mary Peláez, now being held in Najayo prison, and Morel’s cousin Juliana.

The "harem" often gathered in the famous disco Jet Set, where they were known as "Las Champañeras," for drinking of Champaign.

Police chief Rafael Guzmán, Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) president Rolando Rosado, Drug Trafficking Investigation Department director Frank Soto, and Assistant DA Bienvenido Fabian Melo participated.

Vianca la Gorda, who was known in high society for sexual traffic, was shot 19 times on December 6, 2008, on Independencia Avenue corner of Alma Mater.

Figueroa, called "the Chameleon" within the Police, the Justice Ministry and the DNCD, had eight cumulative sentences of 209 years in prison, went under two Puerto Rican and five Dominican names, and belongs to the drug trafficking ring headed by Angel Ayala Vásquez, alias Ángelo Millones, currently in a prison in that island.

Another arrest

Sammy Dauhajre, married to Lil Peláez and linked to Figueroa was arrested last night in an apartment in the Torre Da Silva III, Piantini sector.

The authorities say he’s the link between the fugitive and José Fernández Ibarra, in the sale of numerous exotic vehicles. Seized from Fernandez was the vehicle Figueroa allegedly used to escape.

Fodder for retards when NOTHING is done about the real crimes.

Typical. Notice there is no talk about the protection that he received. There is no talk about his ability to obtain gun permits, cedulas, or real estate. They feel that if they fill our empty heads with a little sex talk that we will be content. THEY ARE CORRECT.

How about finding the sources of all these newly wealthy military, Police, and government officials. A really easy thing to do. IF YOU WANT TO.

Don't just let the cleaning to DNCD, everyone not involved in drugs should contribute without prejudice in the war against drug trafficking in the Island of Santo Domingo (Haiti and Quisqueya) for two reasons: First, it is not our idiosyncrasy or cultural background. Planting of heroin or any other drug have not been our People's business and it doesn't make the poor but poorer; and, Second, only if we all cooperate loudly can they take their business away from Quisqueya and also from Haiti. Don't think that because traffickers have money and power doing evil things they are strong. No, they're not strong; they are weak as roaches and cowards when confronted by the community and the law. If you are poor, prefer that than to accept bribes from them... you'll end poor or dead anyway by falling into their domain. Authorities... keep the cleaning, it's going fine!

You know what is weird about all of this? All these kids getting arrested are from good families or well known families in D.R. My wife went to school with Mary Peláez sister. How did these kids get mixed up with this criminal and why? Now, we wait because some higher up's namely politics are involved and it will get uglier before names are dropped. Pass me the popcorn, please!!!!
