President Fernandez deplanes in Honduras capital.
TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras.- The agribusiness leader Porfirio Lobo today assumed office in Honduras for a period of four years, as Dominican Republic leader Leonel Fernandez, who helped broker a deal to end the Central American country’s 7-month political crisis, was booed in the National Stadium.
Lobo, 62, received the presidential sash from Congressional leader Juan Orlando Hernandez at 1730 GMT, in ceremony held in the capital’s National Stadium, where the presence of international representatives was meager.
Fernandez, despite his success in getting the opposing sides in Honduras to start talks in the wake of the coup against Manuel Zelaya, was received by boos.
Lobo assumes the Presidency after winning the November 29 elections, which most of the international community considered the result of a constitutional rupture brought about by the coup.

LIE-onel Fernandez has become an accessory after the fact to the violation of Honduran and international law by de facto endorsing the violent removal of a constitutionally and democratically elected head of state by military force.
This is what was done to his mentor Juan Bosch in 1963 and cost Dominican lives and now he endorses this type of criminal action!
He is not fit to be allowed in the septic tank at the National Palace, let alone be sitting in the same presidential chair Don Juan occupied!

the gas pedals get stuck
but who knows maybe this is not a problem in the dr. not many folks use their brakes anyway the gas pedel is always floored anyway..

President Leonel Fernandez in an effort to appear as the mesiah of america has cross the line in my opinion. Manuel Zelalla should have faced the Honduran justice and if he is not guilty of any crimes then he should prevail on the other hand if he is guilty of any crimes he should pay.
The dominican president is out of line in this case

Second, it was well done by Leonel cause that's the type of support really smart people( those who know how to interpret and then create new laws) need to support each other because that's the right and legal way to do things in this day and age. That way he will wake up and be a little more humble and not think he is Gods great gift to anybody....Haiti and the DR are two separate countries people need to learn and know that. The more they try to force us to "unite" the more we will resist. In time who knows what will happen, a deeper economic union could happen and even a transformation and blurring of what is Haitian and Dominican the way it was before Trujillo finally definitely forged the current Dominican consiciousness or id.

This kind of behavior worries me and it is a clear representation of the censorship that goes on in our country and why so many people simply do not know the truth.
