SD. The Latin American Administration Center for Development (CLAD) will stage its 15th International Congress on State Reform and Public Administration in the country, from November 9 to 12.

President Leonel Fernandez will head the Congress’ inaugural slated for the Hotel V Centenario, with the participation of around 1,500 officials, academicians and consultants from the entire continent.

CLAD General Secretary Julio Cesar Fernandez Toro said the advances of Latin America’s State reform processes will be discussed during the international gathering, stressing the transparency mechanisms to fight corruption.

Ask those participating nations if they know what is the name of the Island shared by Haiti and the so called "Dominican Republic" (that's only the denomination of our country). That may be the reason why the people from Haiti don't ask for permission to invade the Western side of the Island of Santo Domingo. Get educated first about history and geography by going to http://www.quisqueya.name
