I don't understand why making a clarification of a contextual error consitutes as undermining or denigrating. The person who brings the correction should be thanked not vilified, Cib didn't make the information up. I'm disappointed that he even responded to the ridiculous criticism that was cast on him. Those who don't appreciate correction are adverse to learning.

The worst thing that could happen is for people to start becoming too complacent about the dire situation in Haiti. Constant media attention is needed to keep the issue in the consciousness of the people and governments that can help eradicate this natural disaster. By her actions, Zoe helps to bring continued media attention to Haiti. That she does so for self serving reasons or with the most noble intensions doesn't matter and will not matter to the people who ultimately will benefit most from this exposure, the people of Haiti.
